Focusing the strategic Gap Model as a prime focus for business decision making, we discuss the model and how to use it; looking at the 3 elements of the Strategic Gap model; Diagnosis, Prognosis and Vision.
To give learners the knowledge, and confidence to consider elements of a marketing plan and strategic thinking prior to formulating an action plan.

There are no entry requirements to this course. However, it is taught in English so candidates should have sufficient knowledge of how to read and speak the language.
