Paul Dorkings
Paul Dorkings has been a leader in the active leisure sector since 2002, building a career that spans roles from Sales Consultant to Managing Director.
With a proven track record, he has successfully guided two companies through acquisitions worth over £33 million and continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Executive Member for businesses in both the UK and the US.
In 2020, Paul co-founded Your Guardian to provide practical, strategic support for businesses across the active leisure sector and the wider corporate marketplace.
Alongside his consultancy work, Paul is also the co-creator of Make Sense of Pence — an educational initiative improving financial literacy for children through workshops, resources, and books.
His passion for both education and business development continues to drive his mission: helping individuals and organisations build stronger, more sustainable futures.
Dave Christophi
After 14 years in the military Dave embarked on a career within Education Management, joining Premier Training International in 2003. Holding a number of regional and national posts, culminating in Operations Director, he went on to play an integral role in the successful sale of Premier Global to Ascend Learning, before continuing his career in Australia working for Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.
Returning to the UK in 2016 Dave once again teamed up with Paul to help scale, prepare and steer another company through a successful acquisition together. A keen sportsman and family man, Dave is Non-Executive Director on the board of England Touch Association and Committee Secretary for the RAF Tactical Supply Wing Association.
