‘Your Guardian’ was set up in 2020 with the sole purpose of supporting excellent practitioners within their industry and help ‘join the dots’ commercially. With our roots firmly in the education market; we set out to support education and private training providers, to help raise educational standards and become more commercially successful. Over the years we have diversified into the wider active leisure sector and now support clients from all over the world in this exciting marketplace.

At the heart of what we do is the success of our partners, whom we support in three fundamental ways; by providing knowledge and tools which can be used within the processes of their organisations, but more importantly by providing context and bringing these tools and resources to life, helping our partners apply the right tools at the right time through our coaching and consultancy packages.

We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our partners and believe that our success is only ever linked to theirs. All of our partner relationships begin with a familiarisation session whereby we can understand who our partners are and the challenges they face, from there we head to one of our structured programmes before potentially engaging in a longer-term partnership.
