Aligning and Documenting Vision
A framework to consider the various elements that make up a vision for a business; use this template to think specifically about the various elements in isolation.
The Three Pictures
You chose the timeframes of the lens you want to look through in your business, then think about what the picture of the business might look like in the future. Thinking about metrics but also a narrative of where you would like the business to be. The three pictures must lead onto each other.
